HOOSIER BBQ CLASSIC MUSIC & FOOD TRUCK FESTIVALS

This year the Hoosier BBQ Classic in cooperation with Fold of Honor will be hosting a food trucks festival, family fun zone, beer garden, and live music Entertainment to be Determined

A special hand picked number of food trucks will begin serving at 5:30PM -9:30 PM on Friday, June 6th Bring your friends and family out for dinner and a show! Bring your lawn chairs and join us at Johnson County Fairgrounds. In addition to all of the festival activities the Indiana BBQ Organization will be hosting Indiana’s largest KCBS sanctioned BBQ competition. info@hoosierbbqclassic.com

This Year's Recipient is Helping Veterans and Families

We are proud to announce that the Hoosier BBQ Classic has partnered with HVAF (Helping Veterans and Families. Since 1993, Helping Veterans And Families (HVAF) helps homeless veterans return to self-sufficiency and engages at-risk veterans and their families to prevent them from becoming homeless by providing supportive housing, case management, employment support, therapy, and basic needs including food, hygiene and clothing. In 2023, HVAF served 1,349 veterans and provided over 37,000 life-changing services. HVAF is the largest non-profit provider of comprehensive services for veterans facing homelessness in Indiana. https://www.hvafofindiana.org/

The 2025 Hoosier BBQ Classic Ancillaries!

We are a Turkey Smoke contest so a KCBS turkey ancillary was added to the Master Series contest on Saturday, June 7th. Turkey Smoke will be judged at 2PM on June 7th.

There will be a KCBS sanctioned one meat contest (ribs) on Friday, June 6th!

Benefits of a one meat contest:

* Receive KCBS points in ribs category

* Great for BBQ enthusiasts just starting out

* Less pit/grill space is needed

Included on the entry form is the KCBS Master Series four meat contest, Turkey Smoke and KCBS Rib-Burn contest

Hoosier BBQ Classic 2025

WAIVER of LIABILITY: In consideration of your acceptance of this entry form and fee, I, the undersigned intending to be legally bound, do hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against Hoosier BBQ Classic, KCBS, Johnson County Fairground, event sponsors and their agents, successors and assigns for any and all injuries suffered to me in this event. I further grant permission to Hoosier BBQ Classic and/or agents authorized by them to use any photographs, videotapes or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.

All team registration fees are non-refundable. In the event that the contest has to be cancelled due to any Federal, State, or Local ordinances all entry fees will be refunded
